About me

Who I am

Hi, I’m the founder of Mentor_PT —Rehab & Strength Specialist.

What started as a personal passion for strength training and fitness grew into a calling: helping others move, recover, and perform at levels they never thought possible. Through my clinical experience, professional certifications, and work with both athletes and everyday warriors, I’ve developed an approach that bridges rehab and performance—ensuring you don’t just recover but come back stronger.

My Journey

I’ve had the privilege of working with both athletes and everyday warriors— from those overcoming injuries and setbacks, to competitors pushing peak performance. My Journey has been shaped by hands-on experience and advanced strength & conditioning principles allowing me to design programs that help anyone move better, build resilience, and perform at their best— no matter their starting point.

My Philosophy is simple:

“Leave every session better than yesterday, no matter where you start”

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, out on the field playing soccer with friends, or going for runs to clear my head. Most importantly, I value spending time with my loved ones — they’re a big part of what keeps me motivated and grounded.
